Premature menopause: Hot flushes and night sweats

I have to say, I haven't found anything that significantly works...Im heading to 12 months post Chemo, I tried to take Effexor twice and it was horrific, I was so ill on it! Uuugh! But I have noticed symptoms have halved in this time, so I really think its a time thing and just have to find these little tricks that work! xo
