Premature menopause: Hot flushes and night sweats

I always carry a water bottle now and wear layers which are easy to peel off fast. I find the prickling sensation on the skin to be particularly irksome but to date I haven't had any rashes. During summer I carry a wet washer in a little plastic bag and hold it on the back of my neck at the base of the skull where I think the malfunctioning gland is.
