Renee, I had neuropathy in my feet, so my toes would go numb and hurt like hell! especially when I started to walk again at about 20mins. They are much better now though in walking. I get really sore heels, ankles, knees and hips. Lower back plays up and neck. Joints mainly, just an achiness, but the feet have been the worst, when I get up in the morning I can't walk,its like on hot coals until I get going. x
