PN in toes
I'm still having some pain in my toes due to PN. The podiatrist has recommended I put Vicks vapour rub on the sore toes and then put a sock on. I've done this a couple of times and it seems to work for a little while. Even if it's in my mind I feel it helps. I do it in the morning and before bed and sometimes during the day.

- Blossom1961MemberI had full body manual lymph drainage massage earlier this year (I think January) to prevent lymphodema after I hurt my anx clearance arm. It didn't do much for my arm but I was also having severe pn pain in my toes and that is totally gone.Sign in to react to this post

From Dr Google
Vicks Vapor Rub® – Massaging one's feet with Vicks, particularly at night, soothes neuropathic pain and distress in one's feet and legs. It is also excellent for softening your toe nails and diminishing common toe nail problems.Sign in to react to this post - LocksleyMember@Michelle_R the podiatrist said the heat in the vicks could send messages to the nerves. I'm happy to try whatever I can.Sign in to react to this post
