Night sweats sleep remedies help!!
Hi all, Just finished AC started night sweats kicked in full swing even before Taxol and herceptin. Every night for weeks. I can see this will be permanent and i will go mental. As not able to sleep...
I had a horrid natural menopause but it settled. It kicked up after chemo but settled despite AIs. However tricks...light clothing to bed...cotton singlet great as soaks the sweat. Layering of blankets...leg needs to be able to go out so you can quickly cool off. I found panadol made my flushes worse. As does wine, caffeine and spices.
