New lump?

Hey there ... I am 5 months post lumpectomy for invasive and DCIS ... I have noticed a little bump/lump (in the same breast).   I contacted my lovely breast care nurse and she organised to bring forward my mammogram to next week (as opposed to end of October).    So if it is anything? it can be dealt with sooner rather than later.  

Has anyone else had an experience of another growth so soon after diagnosis/treatment?  I find it really hard to trust my body now and don't want to become a paranoid person over everything....
