The latest information says it may reduce bone loss in post menopausal women. But this is different from bone strengthening. And I guess the thing to note is the "may". I would discuss your results with your cancer specialist and be guided by their advice. I have osteopenia and that was prior starting an aramatose inhibitor. I only know about this as I was tested prior starting and don't know if it was at that point pre chemo.
