Yep, Claratyne (loratadine) can be helpful and is routinely prescribed in some practices. You do need to check with your oncologist; some of them poo poo the idea, but they've never had a total body toothache from the neulasta. You need to start taking it the day of chemo and keep taking it for a week. It won't help if you wait until the pain starts. Cheap and (for me) effective.
