Need suggestions for instant relief from cording

Please help. Got some small cuts on my hand. Got lymphedema - wore my compression sleeve and glove and that improved.  But  now got cording which is the worst it has ever been - very painful, runs dow...

it is running from armpit to wrist. I am literally at the GP now. I’ll ask about the 5 free sessions. But this one has also left all my skin down my arm mottled which has never happened before. Soooo painful

also, should I continue to wear my compression sleeve while I have a cord?
