Need suggestions for instant relief from cording

Please help. Got some small cuts on my hand. Got lymphedema - wore my compression sleeve and glove and that improved.  But  now got cording which is the worst it has ever been - very painful, runs dow...

Hi @Nadi

Where is the cording.  I had it from under my arm down to my elbow. It felt like a guitar string.  Massage was the only thing that could relieve it while it repaired.  Thankfully after a few physio sessions it disappeared. Can you get in to see a physio?  Your GP might be able to help with that.  You would be eligable for the 5 free ones.  xoxo
