Nail Damage from AC Chemo?

Have just finished 3 months of AC and nail on small toe has just lifted off. Took nail varnish off and both big toe nails are half black. Am on Paclitaxel next and this is listed as a side...
Hi, I am only about to start AC on the 16th but the info sheet I was given on AC it stated nails will suffer. Warned about ddisolouration, breaking, lifting or even falling off so AC definitely does affect them :(
