Hi Robyn W, your right I've tried magnesium tab also the spray, potassium. I also have to take Caltrate and Vitamin D I think I have the chemist warehouse vitamin section in my pantry. I'll try the blackmores next, thanks for the suggestion. Merry Christmas cheers Jenny
