Hello:) I do not have secondaries,but I do have a problem with cramps.I am on Tamoxifen,and I am 60. If I stretch my leg,it will seize up.I hesitate to stretch too far,because the limb just cramps up.I started on magnesium,4 a day at first,now just 2. I'm guessing that you have probably tried it,but if not,give it a go,as my cramps have stopped completely,and I know that others on here have had great success with it as well.I take Blackmores Magmin.I have tried another,but it didn't work at all.CheersRobyn xox
