So true @Fightingfit, worst things can and have! Nonetheless it is annoying. I'm a clean eater too, no sugary drinks, a glass or two of alcohol on weekends and the odd bit of chocolate. It's definitely the constantly broken sleep I reckon. I hope it improves for both of us. *she types while having her seventh hot sweaty flush for the evening* :#
