Hi @Fightingfit. I am getting more mouth ulcers than pre-BC. I've put it down to the fact that my sleep is now rubbish compared to what it was before. Two more night's sleep and it will be the first anniversary of my Breastscreen callback letter and the last decent night's sleep I had. A year of insomnia, nightmares and multiple ferocious hot flushes waking you multiple times a night will give you mouth ulcers from being permanently tired and run down... But hey, maybe it is a long term chemo effect. What sort of chemo did you have? Do you sleep well?
