Mouth ulcers and tongue sores
I’m only a week past my first chemo and I’ve already got a few mouth ulcers and sores down one side of my tongue. Can anyone suggest anything to numb it? 🤞🏻
Bicarbonate with Himalayan Pink Salt has worked for me. 3 - 4 times per day....less red meat as well seemed to help as the acidity from the meat was bothering my mouth . ..I haven’t had an ulcer since second round of chemo thankfully. I hope the mouth ulcers go away for you and you find a good solution
