Mouth ulcers and tongue sores
I’m only a week past my first chemo and I’ve already got a few mouth ulcers and sores down one side of my tongue. Can anyone suggest anything to numb it? 🤞🏻
I did the salt water regime too but also used sachets from Peter Mac (which you can buy) made specifically for mouth washing. They are basically salt with peppermint oil.One sachet does a whole day. I developed a sore in my throat (felt like tonsilitis) and was prescribed mucosoothe which numbed everything! Good luck with it all!
