@Dandelion. No didn't need radiation. I had 3 sentinal nodes removed but had trouble during chemo...which they said was unusual. I had breast oedema too during chemo but all gone now. I just get some fullness under my arm if sitting still like in a car. If no sleeve and no knowledge of what is happening I'm certain I'd have lymphodema. I had one day of a slightly enlarged arm which resolved with propping for 24 hours until I could see the physio. Sure did scare me. Ive been cautious since.
