Have been away and just saw your post. WOW. That's amazing you have travelled to,Paris for the surgery you needed. Such a shame you couldn't have it in OZ. Did you have the lymph node transfer at the same time as your reconstruction? It sounds like you had it with either a tram flap or a DIEP? Although maybe not as you are recuperating in an apartment already. When you are feeling better would love to hear about how your breast was reconstructed at the same time. Sounds amazing. I hope you can somehow find some financial relief.
