Lymphedema
Has anyone purchased a lymphedema bra? I"ve been reading about them and wondering if they are any good. They retail for $180 so would like to know all about them before i get one for myself.TIA
Hi there, I got mine from Dickorey Dock in Melbourne (used it as an excuse for a holiday!). The ladies were great in there and I wouldn't be surprised if you could talk to them to work out how to measure and order over the phone.
It helped me immensely to wear one every day, plus the lymp massage and once I started exercising consistently, I have found I don't have to wear one every day.
It is a real nuisance isn't it, especially when it starts to feel a bit sore - reminding me that I haven't done any exercise!
