Lymphedema
Has anyone purchased a lymphedema bra? I"ve been reading about them and wondering if they are any good. They retail for $180 so would like to know all about them before i get one for myself.TIA

I wear a pressure garment, but do exercise my arm every day and also massage it. I found that a daily routine, it doesn't take long, helps keep my arm stable and relatively normal.
