Lymphedema
Has anyone purchased a lymphedema bra? I"ve been reading about them and wondering if they are any good. They retail for $180 so would like to know all about them before i get one for myself.TIA

I had laser and massage at a lymphoedema clinic. There are places that specialise in it. I had back to back appointments, from really quite soon after my mastectomy for the laser treatment. They also taught me how to do the massage and I did it every day. I don't have any treatment at all now as my arm is much better.
It's good to start managing it early. I wore a glove sometimes, but don't like wearing it, so just wear it when I travel now. I also get them to write on my arm when I have surgery. I know some people wear bracelets. I usually let the theatre staff know. Am up to surgery 7, so becoming quite the expert lol.
