I had a friend come out from Europe for a 2 month holiday with me exactly 12 months after her surgery.
She travelled 29 hours (3 planes) each way (no compressiom garments as where she comes from nor available or affoedable) and no issues so do not be too scared.
And she had little ones to worry about on the flight so not even time to do much for her self.
Just remember to do a bit of exercise every couple od hours to keep the circulation going.
By the way if U r on Tamoxifen make sure you set alarms for tourself to take it in regular intervals - that part was her only challenge as between changing timezones it was hard to keep track when the next dose was.
