Totally get it Paula. I'm wearing my long sleeve now as my arm has been playing up something chronic these past few weeks after having it under control for a while and it is one of those side effects that I find it difficult to comes to terms with. Will be heading down to the physio for a bit of intensive massage therapy this week and hope that makes a difference. Hugs, Jane xx
