Lymph Physio

I knew I needed help with the healing under my arm following the surgery that removed my left boob and all the lymph nodes under the arm.... A friend had mentioned cording and that's what I could feel. So took a bit of time to get in to see a physio at the Lymphodema clinic but I had my appointment today. She was great and with several laser treatments, under my arm is so much better already. A few more treatments and all should be good.
