I'd be guided by your medical team but.....what does the desensitisation entail? Are there any likely side effects of that? What is the success rate estimated to be? If it doesn't work, you are presumably on to A/C anyway, so you would want to think the desensitisation is likely to work and that it won't have any nasties. Otherwise remember that while most people dislike A/C, some like me worked through, with no nausea or fatigue. Best wishes.
