Not everyone has issues. The risks of not taking it are far greater. You really won't know until you do and from what I have read ...for most...symptons settle over time. If not there other other medications they can try you on. I think we need to keep an open mind with these things. As I said I have arthritis . ..in my spine , hands and knees and ankles. Only my ankles feel stiff for 10 mins in the morning or after sitting extended periods. So I guess...moving more helps.
