I had aching legs in the evening on letrozole which I have been taking since 9/8/18 - similar to during chemo. That went on until a couple of weeks ago. Now, it appears to have stopped. My hands aren't as sore now, either. I don't know if it's a different brand or I've just settled in, or just an anomaly.
