I have been on Letrozole for the past 2 years and recently went for my yearly check up. I was suffering very bad bone pain in my legs too and my ostio has progressed as well so my surgeon took me off them for a few weeks to see if it would settle down, been back on it for 2 days, couldn’t believe how well I felt off it so we will see.
