I am already on magnesium tablets plus I spray magnesium all over my body through the day. Not helping me much! Good to hear you have had no noticeable side effects. Good stuff. I don't have any other side effects at present but have only been on them for 8 days. I wondered if I take the tablets at night would it help. I used to do that with the Arimidex.
