Best wishes for your continued treatment with Letrozole. I am in my seventh year with it (Iโm 74) and the two major side effects for me are bone thinning and vaginal atrophy. I too have taken fish oil for my creaky knees for years and also take vitamin D and some calcium supplements. So far my hitherto excellent bone density has diminished but no osteoporosis so far. Vaginal dryness is not fun - mine started within 6 months of taking Letrozole so not just age related! My surgeon has satisfied my concerns about using oestrogen cream at my age (v small doses, smaller than recommended) and it has helped a lot. Have never had joint pain (creaky but not sore knees predate bc!) but as turmeric has some anti-inflammatory properties, it could be useful if required. I agree, the inconveniences, so far, are still worth sticking with it. Given restrictions, I am being much more regular about doing yoga at home and walking a specific number of steps every day. Might as well use the time to establish new good habits! Best wishes.
