@Sister I love these ideas of how to make exercise more immediately available wherever you are. And i also can benefit from the tip not to let the bad habits go on too long. But then, if I'm honest, they already have. I've never really been good at exercising consistently. I actually really enjoy it when i do it. When i was younger and had a different lifestyle i loved bush walking. But when i had a more demanding job in the city i rarely exercised apart from incidentally. And then I'd go on a burst and exercise more consistently for a few weeks or so and then it would fall away again. So i think it's going to be an ongoing thing for me to have to push myself to do. Still - all these tips help and i think that idea of making it very easy to exercise even in the living room or wherever is a good one. I've started doing that a bit - just standing up and doing a bit of stretching etc. It helps. I'd love to try and get a walk back into my day.
