Well last one today I am now at 550 mils each side... I think this one is the most painful or maybe I just forgot how it feels because I was starting to feel almost normal...

Hey....bursitis is tough but better than the scary alternative. When I has severe archillies tendon issues they did what they call an autologous platelet rich plasma injection into it. They do this on the AFL players, and it had a magic result. Hurt like hell tho. Don't know if this is an option for you but a sports med doc will be able to tell you. Better than lots of cortisone.
