Hi Ladies, I have recently changed from Tamoxifen (side effects were tolerable) to now Arimidex, side effects are extreme. I had done a bit of research on supplements, preparing myself for Arimidex, my Onco said," ok take them and see how it goes".?? I realise that everyone has a different experience with these drugs, but I wish they could give you a list of supplements that we know will be safe and not affect our treatment. I realise that not everthing works for everyone, but there are so many products out there, it's mind boggling.
