I was a big believer in flaxseed capsules and after my first breast cancer,I took them for 5 years instead of Tamoxifen.I was fine until I broke my ankle and went through 3 operations on it and alot of stress.I had stopped taking the flaxseed and wouldn't you know it-the cancer came back in the same spot. This was 7 years after the first bc. I'm on Tamoxifen now and I was told not to take flaxseed(can't remember who). I think info should be put together about what's safe with what. I'm going to look into it. Tonya xx
