I don't think I've overused the hand/wrist @iserbrown - definitely haven't injured it in any way either, so it is very confusing why it has started again!
I don't think there is anything they can do about the trigger finger, @Locksley .... it is a weird beast. I'll definitely have to dig out my thumb splint again ... and that should help.
Hopefully it will stop as suddenly as it started! grr
