Hystrectomy
Hi girls,
Can anyone give me advice on constipation?
I've tried micro lax and coloxol, prune juice, water, baked beans and porridge.
Have had some relief but it's a long haul and my back hurts. Ha...
I suffered with constipation for the first few days after each chemo round.For me,3 tablets of coloxyl with senna,before going to bed at night,did the trick.There are 2 different coloxyls.One without senna,and one with.Senna is a stimulant,so the chemist told me this is the preferred one.Along with this,lots of water and walking.Cheers Robynxox
