How tired is tired

Just a quick question.
I had breast cancer in my left breast, have now had both removed, some precautionary chemo. I was so tired before any of it let alone how tired I am now.

I was very tired and had every blood test known to man...which found anomalies but no diagnosis. Eventually I just exercised more, rested better and ate well and felt better. Just prior to finding my lump the tiredness had really returned. I truly believe it was causing the tiredness. I am still tired now. ...but it is only a short time after chemo and I am not rushing back into working life just yet.
