How tired is tired
. Good Morning.
Just a quick question.
I had breast cancer in my left breast, have now had both removed, some precautionary chemo. I was so tired before any of it let alone how tired I am now.

Hi P2T, I can remember months prior to diagnosis walking up the stairs at the train station and being exhausted when I got to the top (3 flights). Also coming home from work and falling asleep as soon as I sat down. Waking up and having dinner then asleep again and this was every night of the week! I put it down to getting older and needing to increase my fitness levels, which weren't particularly low! I've had my surgery 3 months ago, didn't need chemo or radiotherapy, am back at work full time and can now make it up the stairs and stay awake at night (until a reasonable time!!) Still have days where I could fall asleep standing up but I'm now exercising 1/2 hr five days a week and feeling like I have some energy, so I reckon it just takes time!!! Sending good energy vibes to you, all the best. Xx Cath
