How tired is tired
. Good Morning.
Just a quick question.
I had breast cancer in my left breast, have now had both removed, some precautionary chemo. I was so tired before any of it let alone how tired I am now.
...
Not tired before diagnosis as such but I had severe allergic reactions to just about everything and spent 90% of the time on steroids because of it... each time would get really bad and flulike .symptoms that lasted months...
My immune system was just horrid...
Have a crazy job, lazy selfish husband, 2 elderly sick pets one of which is diabetic requiring soecial.feeds and insulin injections every 12 hours and had o'seas visitors for 3 months during this prolongued pre diagnosis mess so could not allow kyself to feel at all tired as simply had.to.push myself to cope...
But my inflamation markers were strangely up that whole.time and was being told "just one of those tjings" and "probably due to your allergies"... and I was jjst ill.so often and most off thentime could not work out what I was exposed to or consumed to have such horrid reaction...
Weridly enough, yes still have allergies but ever sinxe the surgery and even during chemo I have not had a single unexplaoned allergy or illness... While my.immune system is now crap and have been tired as can be and been suggering many persistant trush infections my immune system.in terms of those debilitating allergy systems has held up and not a single damn reaction...
So yes - BC definitely does wear you out without you realising it - our immune system acts out and kind of fights itself and the rest of the body - just that nobody in the medical world seems to be licking up on this ??
