I experienced some dizzy spells and severe vertigo just after starting an AI. However it was related to my hangover treatment side effects from chemo and ongoing herceptin...not the AI. My blood pressure was low and as it turns out I had some heart issues from herceptin. So yes this is something to talk about but also consider all the treatments you have had.
