Horrid Bone and Joint Pain after Pegfilgrastim (Neulasta) injection????

Just wondering if anyone has had the horrible side effects of severe joint/bone pain from the waist down after their shot of the white blood cell booster Pegfilgrastim?  My oncologist said it could b...

Just a follow up from my 2nd round of TC.
 I did the Claratyne 3 days prior to my Nuelasta and up until today. It may have helped slightly, the pain didn’t seem as bad initially, but it was still came on quite bad. 
This time around I have managed to stay on top of my pain a bit better with Targin, Endone, and Panadol.
