Agree with @Zoffiel which I thankfully found out on this forum after round 2 of chemo. I used Restavit at night time, another antihistamines instead of Clarytin as that did not work for me... The restavit helped me sleep as well and took away all the bone pain! Plus did Epsolm salt baths which were amazing too. I found the Restavit quite strong and continue to take it at very low dose (only 1/4 at night) and it has helped a lot with sleep during surgery etc... I hope this helps you as it did me. You do need to take small breaks from it to remain effective and also lessen chances of vision changes which tends to happen with chemo as well.
