Helpful Hint??

Hi I just wanted to let you know that I have found a product Biotene it comes in a toothpaste, mouth wash and also a mouth spray for dry mouth I have found it so much better than bi carb!!!!! Also ...

HI Jacqui,

I can highly recommend biotene, I use the toothpaste and have some chewing gum in my bag as back up.

I have been lax doing my nails - not really a nail girl. Good reminder, thanks.I have bought revitanail nail strengthener - it goes on for five days and then comes off for 2 to let your nails breathe.Then you start the cycle again. It was also suggested I use a dark (choc brown or black nail polish) when out doors in the sun. Seeing as i have nothing better to do. LOL.
