Sister Thanks for the feedback. I am going to CancerFit Australia at St Leonard’s/Greenwich Sydney. I was at Vision for several years but this place is amazing apart from one on ones with an Occologist and exercise physiologist the group of 4-6 sessions where you do the weight based program have.
