Hair Loss

Day 17-18 of ac. I’m on week 4 of taxol and it’s growing back very quickly. I’m not looking forward to the growing back phase. Leg hair never stopped. Under arms has started again as well. 

This is Day 15 for me. I've had a tender scalp for a few days, and quite a lot of hair fell out in the shower this morning. I'm hoping it will hold on for another 2 days until I finish work and get through our Christmas party! Fingers crossed! 

Just found a solution to the stubble! Someone suggested duct tape and it works. Stick it to your head and pull it off, hair came out really easily. Feeling much better now the spikes are gone.

Day 15 mine started falling out everywhere so I had a friend shave it off. It's quite convenient not having to worry about doing my hair, especially on days when I'm not feeling great. It's now been 2 weeks since I shaved it and I have annoying stubble all over my head that won't fall out! I'll be glad when that's gone. Hope your treatment is going well.

Hi there mine started after round 2 of AC. Fell out in big clumps on the shower floor. Shave it the next day. Margie xx 

Hooray! From the other end of the telescope, looking far into the distance, losing your hair is pretty awful, but from the this end, not so bad. Even that bit of itchiness as it grows back is better!

i just realised that I posted this on the 22nd May... seems like a lifetime ago that I was freaking out about losing my hair.
it was such a difficult thing for me. The hair loss was the one thing that made this whole nightmare / journey real.
i have now finished taxol and have started radiotherapy. 4 weeks to go and I will be done. 
My hair started growing back in taxol and my eyebrows are now back, black and bushier than ever!! 
I think I see that light at the end of the very long, ugly, dark tunnel

 I lost all of mine on TAC on day 10 .... but as soon as it started to fall out I did a buzz number 2 cut.... 

I'm day 10 today, my scalp is itchy and I have sores on the back of my head. I am not looking forward to losing my hair.

@primek i thought so, can't say i'm looking forward to it!
