Hair Loss

@lezanne75 Yes, that's how it starts...then bam big clumps of hair start coming. This truly is tbe hardest part. X

Day 14 today after first session of A/C, my scalp has been sore for a few days and more hair than usual in my brush this morning.  I'm guessing that this is the start of it.....

Yep started falling out today. Day 14. 

Day 15. Not in lumps but a lot of hairs when I ran my hands through it. Got the number 3 clippers same day, so only little hairs to be shed. Lost virtually all my hair, legs, pubic hair and those annoying ones on the chin! Eyelashes were last to go, but the day the last one fell out I realised a new row of tiny eyelashes were growing back. Hair started regrowing while still on taxol. Wild texture and shifting colours, but my hair! Good luck. 

Oh & like Kath, my scalp hurt as if I'd had my hair tied up too tight for too long. I ended up having to shave it off as it was too painful 

Around day 16-17 for me on dose dense (fortnightly x 4) AC, i had no break between AC & Paclitaxel (aka Taxol) which I also did dose dense (fortnightly 3 hour infusions x 4).  Rads starting next Tuesday (12 days after last Paclitaxel) and my hair hasn't started to grow back yet. (Hurry up n grow dammit! LOL)
My pubes were the first to fall out, then my head hair. My eyebrows & lashes thinned & I've lost almost my full left eyebrow. 
My stupid leg & underarm hair didn't fall out at all, but I shaved them once & they've not grown back. 

I think around day 15 for me. Once it started it fell out fairly quickly.

Day 17 for me. Started with a tender scalp like you had it tied up too tight.

I'm bumping this post up again as I'm now at Day 14 on A/C. When did you lose your hair?

I hated the bare beaver as it seemed to drag on everything. The thick dark hairs on my lower legs managed to hang on though. Beaver hair grew back white intially which was hilarious then dark came through and then I had a skunk look for a bit.
