Hair Loss after 4 years with Tamoxifen
I have been on Letrozole for 2 years, followed by 2 years on Tamoxifen. I have had mild hair thinning over the course but in the last 6 weeks I have had massive hair loss. I thought it would have settled down rather than get worse, Has anyone experienced this.

- keelaMemberThanks for that im in the process of getting some bloods done now. I also have extra facial hair as well.
- primekMemberHey there. Make sure you speak with your GP and have bloods done. Other conditions such as thyroid issues can cause hair loss. Best to exclude other causes.
I haven't lost any hair on letrozole (but gained some facial hair ...grr) - keelaMemberI agree totally. What to do aye.
- pammiesydMemberMy hair is also falling out more in the last month after 7 years of anti hormone treatment. I am wondering how long until I have no hair at the front. What is more important to me, life without cancer or life without hair? Do I really have a choice?

Hi
Yes , I'm on Tamoxifen and my hair has thinned considerably , I asked the Onc , he said it's another of the wonderful side effects of this drug.
So not only I now have a head full of grey hair, but I'm getting 2 widows peak of baby fuss at the front.:((
