Hi Karen! I decided to shave my head early on, purely because I wanted to have some sort of control and tbh that was about the only thing I did have control over. However I will always remember waking up one morning to find that some of my eyebrows and eyelashes had managed to migrate to the middle of my forehead.
I didn't wear my wig much ( probably just a couple if times) I spent most if my time in scarves and hats. I found a few videos on youtube that gave good instructions on how to do a headscarf so you didn't get the whole pirate or gypsy vibe!
