Well. It is starting to go but taking the gamble it holds on to get through work today then I will shave it tonight or tomorrow. I was SO gentle styling it this morning then covered it with hair spray which I don't normally use in the hopes that if it comes out during the day it will stay stuck to other hairs still hanging on rather than cover my clothes!
I am assuming that the hair thing is like everything else so far - the build up:wait prior to the event worse than the actual event.
Bought some hats yeterday on my lunch break as I am worried about the wig I bought. I've tried wearing it round the house and it moves around too much! Bought it at a proper wig shop so not sure what I am doing wrong. Thinking I will be a hat person rather than wig but will see.
Sue - all the best for your surgery! It gets easier after all the waiting for surgery and path results .
Robyn - how funny it worked out that way! Are you staying with a short style or growing it out more?
Hazel - you are right about the grand scheme of things.... Just don't want all the sympathetic looks comments having no hair will bring on. I feel great at the moment and just want to get on with work/life normally.
